6. Precautions for eyedrops: a. Wash your hands before using eyedrops; b. When more than two kinds of eyedrops need to be used, the interval  should be at least 3 minutes, and we should close our eyes and rest for a while after using eyedrops; c. Eye ointment should be applied before going to bed to ensure the drug concentration in the conjunctiva sac at night; d.The opened eyedrops should not be used after a long time, if necessary, check the shelf life, color and transparency of the eye medicine.
7. It’s better to develop a good habit of blinking and ensure that you blink at least 15 times a minute , so that our eyes can get a full rest. We need spend  one or two hours on looking outside or looking far into the distance to relieve fatigue.
8. Reasonable watching TV will not increase the degree of myopia, on the contrary, it  can help to reduce the development of false myopia. Because compared with books, TV is a relatively far-away object, for a person with false myopia. TV is far away for us and  there is the possibility of not seeing clearly, so  our  ciliary muscle will be hard to relax and to adjust. And it is also a good way to relax or reduce fatigue.

Astigmatism is often aggravated by poor eye posture, such as lying to read, and even squinting to see things, and it will cause improper eyelid oppression on the eyeball, and affect its normal development, so refusing bad habits is the fundamental measure to prevent astigmatism, eliminate myopia. And these bad habits are often the cause of myopia, so some people think that myopia will cause astigmatism. In fact, these two have no relationship.
10. The eyes are particularly prone to fatigue and aging because of hard work. Paying attention to eye rest and doing eye exercises are good habits to protect our eyes. Pay attention to eat more “green” food in the diet, spinach, which  is rich in lutein, vitamin B2, potassium, calcium, magnesium and beta-carotene, can  provide our eyes best protection and make the eyes more beautiful!
11. Do not touch the lens with hands, because there are oil stains on our hands; do not use clothes or general paper to wipe the glasses, because inappropriate wiping is nota good way and even affect our vision. And it  will bring bacteria and other pathogenic microorganisms to the lens.The distance between the eyes and the lens is very close, pathogenic microorganisms can be transmitted through the air to the eyes which can cause eye inflammation.
